In pneumatic circuit terms, air preparation refers to the treatment of compressed air to remove water, oil and particles from the air stream that could damage downstream components. (8)Air reservoirs can be an important part of miniature compressed air circuits. They allow for air storage that can be used during peak demand. The reservoir can also be used to reduce pulsation in the circuit. Pulsation is typically caused by cyclic processes downstream or a reciprocating type compressor. Our reservoirs are manufactured from FDA approved virgin polypropylene and are fitted with 50 mesh screens on both ends.
Typical Lead time is 1-2 weeks, but varies based on demand.
Air Hose and Tubing
The standard materials offered in our hose and tubing products are PVC and polyurethane. Both offer excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and are suitable for a wide variety of uses.
