AUTOMATIC AIR FILTRATION KITS

• Air Filters with Automatic Drain for Particulate Matter, Oil Mist & Condensation Removal.
• Designed to Eliminate the Daily Maintenance of Manually Draining Standard Manual Drain Filters.
• All Filters have Automation Drains that are Plumbed to a Fluid Collection Bottle.
• Fluid within the Collection Bottle is Clearly Visible and is Drained as Needed.
• Designed for any Air Compressor with up to (4) Oil Lubricated Heads or Oil Free with up to 7 CFM Air Displacement.
• Larger Flow Air Filtration Kits are Available.
• For Best Results, Compressor should be Located at the Point of Use. Or within 10 Feet.
• Air Filtration Kit Sold Separately Per Your Requirements.

GT200-01 AUTOMATIC AIR FILTRATION KIT

KIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

* Swivel Connector Quickly Attaches Filters to Air Outlet of Compressor.
* 90 Degree Elbow to keep Air Filters & Compressor within a Small Footprint.
* Air Filter Regulator with 5 Micron Filter Element for Particle Removal.
* Pressure Gauge.
* Coalescing Filter with 0.01 Micron Filter Element for Oil Mist Removal.
* Ambient Water Separator for Water Removal.
* Fluid Collection Bottle, 0.5 Ltr.
* Mounting Bracket for Fluid Collection Bottle.
* All Miscellaneous Fittings and Tubing to Plumb the Air Filtration Kit.
* Tubing is Numbered to Proper Filter and Manual Tank Drain.
* Air Outlet Fitting for 1/4″ Tubing. (Other Options Available)

* If Kit is Sold Separately, the Air Outlet Valves Requires Re-Orientation. And Mounting Bracket for the Fluid Collection Requires Drilling (2) Holes into the Frame of Compressor.

INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLING AIR FILTRATION KIT
* Please Review Operator Manual BEFORE Using Your Air Compressor.
1. REMOVE TRANSPORT CAP 2. INSTALL AIR INTAKE FILTER
1. Remove the Red Transport Cap.
* Save Cap for Future Use or Transport.
2. Install Air Intake Filter.
* Inspect Regularly and Replace as Needed.
3. FILLING WITH COMPRESSOR OIL 4. VIEW OIL LEVEL SIGHT GLASS FOR PROPER OIL LEVEL
3. Remove Oil Fill Plug to Fill with Genuine Silentaire Compressor Oil.
* Do Not Use Any Other Type of Compressor Oil.
* Use of Anything Other Than Genuine Silentaire Compressor Oil will Void Manufactures Warranty and May Cause Severe Damage to the Compressor Motor(s).
4. View Oil Level Sight Glass and Fill to Approximately 3/4 Full.
* Oil Level will Drop while Compressor Motor is in Operation.
* Check Regularly and Re-Fill as Needed.
5. SWIVEL CONNECTOR TO ATTACHED FILTERS 6. PLUG IN DRAIN TUBES FROM FLUID COLLECTION BOTTLE
5. Attach Filters via Supplied Swivel Connector. Use 19mm or Adjustable Wrench.
* Check for O-Ring on Mating Adapter.
* Keep Filters Level and Support when Tightening Swivel Connector.
6. Place Fluid Collection Bottle into Mounting Bracket and Insert (4) Drain Tubes.
* Tubes are Labeled to Filters & Tank Drain.
* Support Back of Fittings when Inserting the (4) Drain Tubes.
* Insert by Pushing-In Tubing until it Bottoms Out.
7. MANUAL TANK DRAIN 8. EMPTY FLUID COLLECTION BOTTLE AS NEEDED
7. SLOWLY Open Manual Tank Drain to Remove Fluid from Air Tank.
* High Flow Rate Will Cause Fluid Over-Spray from Top of Fluid Collection Bottle.
* Requires Tank Pressure to Push Fluid Out.
* Drain Weekly or as Needed.
8. Remove Cap First to Empty Fluid Collection Bottle.
* Recommend Emptying Fluid Collecting Bottle Before Fluid Level Reached 3/4 Full.
* Failure to Empty will Result in Fluid Overflow.
